Log hijackthis?

Bonjour,
J'ai fais un log hijackthis mais ne comprend rien...

J'ai un gros cheval de troie qui m'empèche de démarrer mon ordinateur normalement (je suis en mode sans echec) et je voudrais savoir dans quel emplacement il est exactement et si l'on peut s'en débarasser??
