Hello,
I would like to connect my Korg to my PC via Ableton Live 7. I'm using a MIDI/USB connection, but nothing works!
Does anyone have the same problem? How can I fix it? A little help would be appreciated.

    Well, I hope I can help you! To use MIDI devices in Ableton 7, you need to:
    - connect the Prodipe MIDI interface
    - launch Ableton
    - in options -> preferences -> MIDI Sync
    you should see your MIDI hardware appear (MIDI/USB device for example)
    with input and output in front:
    To use your MIDI hardware as output (master computer), click on the Track Sync and Remot buttons (track sync and control, I believe, in the French version)!
    Then go to a MIDI track in Live! and make the I/O appear
    In the I/O, go to input! set No Input
    for output, choose your MIDI device and then select the MIDI channel you want to send the information through!

      Salut, on m'a prêté une machine à son Korg. Elle est bleue et a deux ampoules au milieu en haut. Je les ai branchées, je l'allume, ça me met A-01. J'appuie sur play et ça ne marche pas. Faut faire quoi ?

    Hi, I went back to FL 8 with: emx-1, esx-1, kaoss pad kp3, all synced with the PC! It's working!
    I couldn't manage it with Ableton Live 7.

      Salut, je voulais savoir comment tu fais pour relier ton EMX1 à FL, car moi ça ne marche pas bien.
      J'utilise FL6 et un contrôleur BCR2000, puis un synthé Korg X5 relié par une interface MIDI Prodipe, mais je viens d'acheter une EMX1 que je veux relier. Quand je la mets en esclave, elle ne reçoit rien et en maître, FL6 ne démarre pas. De plus, le BPM est totalement décalé !

    I almost have the same problem, except I have an esmk2 and an eamk2, I bought a Prodipe USB MIDI interface, I have Ableton Live, and a Prodipe software, but I can't get my sound out for proper recording. If you manage to get a response from someone, please contact me, that would be really cool. Don't worry, I'll do the same. Hang in there!

    Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec ma Korg. J'ai acheté un câble MIDI et USB Prodipe et je n'arrive pas à relier mon PC et ma machine. Si vous pouvez m'aider, ça serait cool. J'ai Ableton 8, un petit coup de main serait vraiment apprécié.
