Open a file with messenger

Hello, when I receive a file via MSN, I cannot open it and the following message appears: unable to complete the virus scan, check your settings in tools - options - file transfer, but I can't find where it is in the Vista control panel (I have disabled Windows Defender) but it doesn't change anything. Thank you for your help. 
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    It's normal, you need to go to the MSN menu, open your MSN window where all your contacts are, and at the top click on Tools > Options > File Transfer, and then you'll see. If you need help, just let me know.

      Non, il n'est pas recommandé de décocher ces options. Les vérifier permet de garantir une meilleure sécurité lors du transfert de fichiers.

        you only check the box "automatically share my backgrounds and accept shared backgrounds"

    Hello. Some items were not transferred.
    The items that were not transferred were either incompatible with this version of Windows or detected as known malware, meaning their transfer to your computer was blocked. You can view a report of the transferred items in Windows Transfer. a+

    You need to disable email filtering from your antivirus

    and allow accepting emails from MSN tools > options > file transfer.
