Virus ou quoi !!!???

bonsoir,
depuis peu de temps, mon ordinateur qui tourne sous windows vista professionnel recontre des probleme de fiabilité. selon le compteur de l'utilisation du processeur, une simple ouverture du poste de travail provoque une occupation de plus de 60% du cpu, lorsqu'un logiciel démarre, imaginer donc!! tjr le compteur est collé sur 99% ou 100%.
j'avais ce meme probleme il y'a deux mois avant et je l'ai résolut en formatant le pc, donc ce probleme n'est pas materiel a ce que j'ai constaté, ce probleme a meme influencé sur les jeux, maintenant ils marchent comme si j'ai un pentium 2! j'ai démarré mon ordinateur en mode sans echec et puis le probleme a été disont partiellement résolut puisque l'occupation n'est plus la meme pour l'overture de poste de travail, ça prend 40% manant !!!!
est ce que qq1 a une idée sur quoi il s'agit, un virus.... ??
a l'aide svp !!

ps: j'ai un CORE 2 DUO 2ghz avec 2giga de ram
