Pb virus svp

Bonjour,

voila j'ai trouver des virus avec kapersky j'ai ensuite lancer hijakthis voila le rapport je sait pas trop a quoi sa correspond mais précédemment on m'avais dit de faire sa alors voila je sait pas quoi faire aprés aider moi svp
