GTA Vice City Stories Boat and Airplane Codes

so here I am, I've finished all the missions of Vice City Stories, and I want to inform you that if you want to have all flying objects (planes, helicopters...), you have to finish the game!!!!

Hi, boats are simple, you can find them everywhere, swimming in the ocean.

But commercial airplanes, like the Boeings, are not available ^^ I believe you can't get inside them; I think that's in GTA San Andreas.

I’m telling you this because I have 100% completion in Vice City Stories on the PSP, and there’s no way to get into the airplane, but you can get into helicopters. At Vice Point, you have something like a house, so you go all the way to the top and you can buy a plane that looks like a helicopter; there you go, it costs either 2000 or 5000 dollars.
