Hello,
We purchased a JVC Everio GZ-MG330 camcorder, but when we try to access videos or photos on the PC (either for backup or playback), we are unable to do anything, even though the installation CD has been completed. It cannot find drivers and does not recognize the device.
Do you know where I can obtain this driver? I visited the JVC website, which offers various drivers but none for this model, and other websites proposing driver downloads. Should we follow a different procedure on XP Media Center? Thank you for your information.
