Hello,

So here it is, yesterday, while I was bored, I decided to delete some useless programs from my computer, including "Apple Mobile Device Support" (which actually wasn't useless at all) that allows syncing the iPod/iTouch with iTunes. So now, I can't sync anything; iTunes doesn't recognize either the iPod or the iTouch. Do you know how to recover this program or how to redownload it? Because I've searched online, on Google, telecharger.com, and every time there’s a link to download it, so I click and end up on Apple's website, where I can't find any download that matches. I've already tried to redownload iTunes (without uninstalling it beforehand) to be able to do: repair. I did that, but it didn't help. I'm really out of ideas.

Hoping to find an answer...
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

Hello, the solution is simple, uninstall iTunes and Co HERE.

Once this uninstallation is done, download iTunes HERE.

Keep me posted.

Don't forget, iTunes is a "package" containing:
iTunes - QuickTime - Apple Mobile Device Support and Bonjour.

You should neither prevent the installation of any of these components nor remove them.

I followed your advice because my iPhone is not recognized by iTunes. However, I can't delete Apple Mobile Device Support from my programs, so I can't reinstall iTunes. Do you have a solution?
