Hello,

I changed phones and I’m with Bouygues.

Since this phone change, I no longer see traces of messages in the "sent" and "outbox" folders. I called Bouygues customer service and... they don’t understand why. However, on my computer I can see the messages in the sent/sent items folders in my email inbox.

    What is your mail provider?

    Is your mail client configured for IMAP (and not POP)?
