What do you think of the Darty box?

Hello,

I am currently with Free and extremely dissatisfied with their customer service and their contracts.
On the technical side, I find the phone quality poor (cuts, echo).
I regularly have to unplug the Freebox to eliminate freezes on my computer or the TV that is also acting up quite a bit.

I'm told that the Dartybox works well and that their customer service lives up to Darty's assistance in general.

However, I’ve also been told that Darty, arriving late to the game, has few subscribers and that it’s uncertain whether this attempt at diversification as an operator will hold.

I would like to hear your opinions to help me make a decision.

Thank you

I am not happy with Dartybox's service; when you call assistance nine times out of ten, it's your PC, take it to the place where you bought it (I didn't buy it from Darty, and they know it). I just canceled my contract, and I'm still waiting for a response or the termination from them. Today, I am going to block my bank payment; maybe then they will get their act together in the offices. It's been 10 days since I canceled, this is not serious at all.

Thank you for your message

In the end, it's so complicated to change, with always a margin of uncertainty about the quality of service, that I capitulated and I'm staying with Free.

I know that operators make things difficult for us in order to capture us and it works. :-(
