conséquences infection BagleRésolu/Fermé

Bonjour,
Je vais tenter d'être concis :
Je viens d'acquérir un portable DELL (studio 1537, P8400, 4Go de Ram et 320 Go de DD, ATI 3450 256 Mo dédié, vista edtion familiale prémium, 15 mois de NORTON INTERNET SECURITY).

J'ai été infecté par un ver Bagle (merci au forum commentçamarche.net qui m'avait déjà aidé par le passé et qui à encore une fois montrer toutes ses qualité et ressources).
J'ai suivi la procédure de désinfection en lançant elibagla de satinfo puis l'antymalware recommandé par vos soins).

Aujourd'hui, l'ordi ne semble plus infecté mais des fonctionnalités ont disparus:

Norton a été viré (pas par moi)
impossible de faire fonctionner la carte WIFI pourtant opérationnelle pour le gestionnaire de périphérique
après réinstallation des pilotes wifi, bluetooth, et de tout ce que j'ai pu trouver dans la boîte de l'ordi (hormis vista lui même : je l'ai mais pas encore tenté la réinstallation)
je relance Eilbagla en ce moment et m'envoie beaucoup de messagse "Acceso denegado a la carpeta : C:\Windows\System32\Msdtc (16)", donc apparemment plusieurs dossiers inaccessibles au scan.

Question : 
après vous avoir posté un rapport HijackThis, dois-je réinstaller des trucs, Norton, faire une restauration qui n'aboutit jamais pour l'instant... ?

BREF, JE VIENS D'ACHETER UN PC (petit plaisir à 890 euros quand même), JE L'AI RECU IL Y A 8 JOURS, JE TELECHARGE UN PILOTE NAVMAN (ok c'était du piraté mais tout de même) POUR AIDER QQ'UN (j'ai moi un tomtom qui marche très bien... en passant) ET JE ME CHOPE UN VER (alors que sur mon vieux pentium 4 de bureau chargé comme une mule ... avec aucun antivirus, combix de temps en temps, j'ai jamais été ennuyé comme ça)!!!!!!!


dsl suis un peu en rogne contre NORTON QUE J'AI PAYE POUR 15 MOIS !!!!!!!!

mais je sais que vous aller trouver une solution....

je suis en train d'effectuer une restauration du système à J+2 de la réception de l'ordi (soit au 18/10) donc bien avant mon infection par beagle qui ne semble plus qu'un mauvais souvenir
objectif :
1/ récupérer la fonctionnalité wifi
2/ pouvoir de nouveau activer ou désactiver mon pare-feu comme je l'entends (pare-feu windows mais à défaut...)
3/ récupérer Norton bien installé comme au début
4/ enfin retrouver un portable décent.

si ça marche pas, je formate et réinstalle tout ??? ??? ça me fous les jetons.....!!!

vais finir vraiment par tout effacer et réinstaller... sur un ordi de 8 jours ça me fait royalement ch.....er!!!!!!!

et voilà,

formatage effectué, image d'usine restaurée, je suis en train de réinstaller mes logiciel perso ...

mon problème est résolu et n'en déconvienne à certains, je le classerai ainsi comme résolu pour vos stats parce que

1/ même si j'ai été de faire un formatage aujourd'hui
2/ vous m'avez aidé par le passé par le biais de votre forum sur lequel on trouve ce que l'on cherche !
3/ pour ces aides, je n'ai auparavant jamais mis un post ni même un remerciement alors 
4/ MERCI MERCI et MERCI !!!
