Connection impossible

bonjour,je suis abonné à 9telecom,en bas débit(pas d'adsl),j'ai win98se.depuis 5 jour il m'est impossible de me connecter,la page commence à s'afficher puis se bloque.j'ai essayer en ferment tout les programes,antivirus ect.... j'ai fai défragmentation, nettoyage, reinstaler internet explorer mais en vain, quelqu'un pourai m'aider? meerci d'avance!
