Trojan rundll32.exe

Bonjour,a tous
trojan.impossible a suprimer par le gestionnaire de tache. pas autorisation
il blocq
rundll32.exe nom du fichier: msmsgrs.exe
c:\windows\systeme32\NvCpl.dll.NvStartup
c:\windows\systeme32\NvMcTray.dll,NvTaskbarnit
a ouvert des port sur ma machine et constament connecter a internet
trojan suite a mise a jours Windows ........
comment le suprimer...?????
il m enpeche les telechargement anti spyware
merci...d avance ...
