Your Computer is infected!

Salut! J'ai un message du même style que ceux de windows (en pop-up en bas à droite) qui me dit : "Your Computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware infection!" Je sais que c'est un virus ou qqch du genre. J'ai vu que d'autres avaient déjà eu ce type de problème, alors j'ai déjà sorti les rapports avec SmitFraudFix en mode normal et en safe mode. J'ai aussi sorti le rapport HiJackThis. Je ne sais pas si qqn peut m'aider?!? J'ai aussi essayé Ad-Aware, mais on dirait que le virus m'empêche d'updater...

!! Déconnectes toi et fermes toute tes applications en cours le temps de la manipe !!

* double-cliques sur l'.exe pour lancer l'installe et laisses toi guider ...
* Une fois fait, cliques sur le raccourci créé sur ton bureau pour lancer l'outil .
* Choisis l'option 1 ( "recherche") et tapes "entrée" .
* Une fois le scan finit , un rapport va apparaître, copie/colles l'intégralité
de son contenu dans ta prochaine réponse ...
( le rapport est en outre sauvegardé ici -> C:\TB.txt )

j'avais oublier de te faire faire cela:

MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

redemarre si il te le demande .

ensuite refait un scan hijs.

tu n'as plus d'infection mais ceci est c'est bon .

[b]Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :[/b]

Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :

* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse

[color=red][b]Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :[/b][/color]

1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.

2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.

3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"

4 Clique sur Appliquer.

5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"

6 clique sur appliquer puis ok

7 vas créer un point de restauration dans accessoires----outils systeme----restauration du systeme.

désinstalle ton hijackthis et réinstalle le.mais quand tu le réinstalle tu lui attribut un autre nom genre "monjack".et refais un scan avec hijackthis et poste le rapport .

Salut,

installe smitfraudfix

#1) Recherche:

* Double cliquer sur SmitfraudFix.exe

* Sélectionner 1 et pressez Entrée dans le menu pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection. Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système

C:\rapport.txt

==>et colle le rapport génèrer sur le forum.

*=>ne pas faire l'option 2 sans un avis d'une personne compétente*<=

Ensuite tu installeras cette version de hijs.merci

télécharge [url=http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/_download/HJTInstall.exe hijackthis]
-> enregistre la cible sous .... le bureau

-> Fais un double-clic sur HJTInstall.exe afin de lancer l'installation

-> Clique sur Install ensuite sur I Accept

-> Clique sur Do a scan system and save log file

-> Le bloc-notes s'ouvrira, fais un copier-coller de tout son contenu ici dans ta prochaine réponse

-Télécharge et installe MalwareByte's Anti-Malware

- Mets le à jour

- Redémarre en mode sans échec :

Au redémarrage de ton PC tapote sur la touche F8 ou F5 sur l'écran suivant déplace toi avec les flèches de direction et choisis Mode sans échec. Choisis ta session habituelle et non la session Administrateur

---

- Double clique sur le raccourci de MalwareByte's Anti-Malware qui est sur le bureau.
- Sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet si ce n'est pas déjà fait
- clique sur Rechercher

- Une fois le scan terminé, une fenêtre s'ouvre, clique sur sur Ok

- Si MalwareByte's n'a rien détecté, clique sur Ok Un rapport va apparaître ferme-le.

- Si MalwareByte's a détecté des infections, clique sur Afficher les résultats ensuite sur Supprimer la sélection

- Enregistre le rapport sur ton Bureau comme cela il sera plus facile à retrouver, poste ensuite ce rapport.

Note : Si MalwareByte's a besoin de redémarrer pour terminer la suppression, accepte en cliquant sur Ok

Combofix. Attention, ce logiciel est très puissant, une mauvaise utilisation peut faire des dégâts...

Fais exactement ce qui suit :

Télécharge ComboFix (de sUBs) sur ton Bureau (et pas ailleurs !) :
Fais un clic droit sur ce lien et choisis "enregistrer la cible sous ... " : dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre tape C-Fix, choisis le bureau comme destination et valide :

!! déconnecte toi, ferme toutes tes applications en cours et DESACTIVE TOUTES TES DEFENCES (anti-virus, antispyware, pare-feu) le temps de la manipulation (si jamais tu en as et que je ne les ai pas vu sur le rapport hijackthis....)

double-clique sur C-Fix.exe (= combofix.exe ) .

Appuie sur une touche pour démarrer le scan .

Attention : n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi ---> si un message d'erreur windows apparait à un moment : clique sur la croix rouge en haut à droite de la fenêtre pour la fermer

Le rapport sera crée dans: C:\Combofix.txt , poste le ici stp

POur malware tu attend de le faire merci.
