Read DVD with INOV TECH TV

Having purchased the INOV TECH TL1536W-BDTP television for my RV, I can only watch the DVDs that I record on the TV. Only professional DVDs or video edits that I create on the computer play.
Can anyone provide me with information on this issue?

    Good evening...

    To read them on a device different from the one they were burned on, you usually need to 'finalize' them.
    You should have this option in the "disk management" menu or something like that..

        They should be tried on another player to see if it's the same case...
