    Hello, the ID is the serial number found in the game.
    HELP AND TOOLS < ABOUT. You just need to look at the bottom.

      Hello,
      I have the ID but when I enter it (with the ID code) to retrieve my password, it tells me that the ID has never existed (I've tried 3 times)... Any solution perhaps? Thank you.

      Here I will explain: you go into your game and then you go to "help and tools" and there should be "about". After clicking, you look at the bottom and there it is... I hope it's good. A+

    I’m also trying to figure out what the product ID is, we need to use that and the product CD key to remember its username for online play, it's still pretty stupid >.<
