Hello,
my problem is that when I stay on a web page for a while,
I can no longer scroll up and down, but instead
using the mouse wheel zooms in or out
and the keys on my keyboard become all sorts of shortcut keys, so my only
way to return to normal is to restart the computer by clicking on Start then Shut Down.
What could be causing this, knowing that I recently disabled some Windows services
and that I've done massive cleaning with 6 antispywares + CCleaner, Revo Uninstaller
and that I installed updates for the processor

Hi!
Are you sure you don't have the <ctrl> key pressed down?

Hi ^^
Yes, it happens after a while of inactivity on the page I'm on,
about a minute or so, and I have another problem
when starting up, I don't press delete but the BIOS comes up automatically.

Uh......
Try without your keyboard :-D or with another keyboard instead.
If that's not it, I wonder if it's your BIOS update
