Hello,
You have several options: either in the "layout" of your sheet, you set the plot style to monochrome.ctb.
Or in the file menu, click on "plot style manager," then under "aclt" (if you are set to this style).
Then in the window that opens, click on the tab at the top "table view," and there, for example for the yellow color, you find that in the column and on the line "color," instead of leaving it under "use object color," you select black from the dropdown menu.
Good luck.

Well, after many twists and turns, it turns out it's not that difficult!
In the object tab:
1/ Right-click "Page Setup Manager": choose the plotter, choose the scale, choose the paper size, click on window and then follow the command line to capture the plot, and okay.
2/ Right-click (still in the object tab), print, check the information given previously, preview to verify and start printing:
It works!
This method is empirical and must be performed every time;
to define recurring plots, always Page Setup Manager, and follow the nomenclature. For specific presentations, right-click in the object, new presentation, and follow the nomenclature again (help section, nothing too complicated)
Indeed, AutoCAD allows creating specific print title blocks to refine presentations (A4 title blocks, A3, actual scale, 3 views, 4 views, etc.)
To do this, each time a new presentation is created, "Page Setup Manager," and we follow the nomenclature.
Once these new presentations are made, to make them appear automatically, save the title block in dwt format in c:\program files\autocad\template.
Then in the menu, tools\options\file\template settings\file name for rapnouv, provide the path to the template saved in template in dwt format.
It works!
Every plot at actual scale requires a custom paper size (start - printers - right-click properties on the printer to use - general/print options/set custom size - advanced/print options/set custom size as well).
