Problème d'ouverture de la messagerie msn

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème pour ouvrir ma messagerie windows live messenger.
Explications (!!) : il y a quelques jours, j'ai reçu un mail d'une pote qui changeait d'adresse de messagerie car son ancienne était infectée. Aujourd'hui, j'ai reçu un mail de cette fameuse ancienne adresse et bien évidemment, je l'ai ouvert ! C'était un mail écrit en espagnol (???) avec des pièces jointes en format .jpg et j'ai cliqué sur l'une d'elle (qui ne s'est pas ouverte bien sûr !). Depuis, je me suis connectée sur msn. Je n'ai aucun souci pour les discussions. Mais quand j'essaye d'ouvrir la boîte mail (grâce à la petite enveloppe en haute à gauche !), rien ne marche. Sauf que, au bout d'un moment, une fenêtre internet s'ouvre. Et elle contient dans la barre de l'adresse un truc qui commence par "https://login.live.com/ppsecure/..." avec un cadenas à côté. Quand j'essaie de fermer cette fenêtre, plus rien ne réagit. En essayant de la fermer par le biais du gestionnaire des tâches de windows, un message s'affiche et me dit que la fenêtre ne peut être fermée car le système est verrouillé.
Je crois que j'ai fait une connerie... mais laquelle ?!! Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ???!!

Ton ordinateur est infecté par MagicControl/navipromo, qui s'installe via des programmes dits "gratuits", dont ceux-ci :

Pour désinfecter, merci de suivre exactement cette procédure :
# Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, lance Navilog depuis le raccourci présent sur le bureau
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le bloc note va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport ici.

Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle.
Patiente jusqu'au message :

Je n'ai effectivement plus le même problème avec la messagerie : j'en ai un nouveau ! Maintenant, quand je suis connectée sur msn et que je clique sur la fameuse petite enveloppe (!!), on me redemande mon mot de passe ! Et une alerte avast me signale un cheval de Troie (que je viens de mettre en quarantaine !). Arrrrrgh ! Je déteste les ordinateurs !
Mis de côté ce nouveau petit souci, je veux bien volontiers que tu me donnes des conseils pour sécuriser mon pc !

Mets en quarantaine tout ce que la passoire (avast) détecte
Peux-tu me dire quel est le fichier détecté et comment s'appelle le virus stp ?

y-a-t'il un moyen de voir ce que l'on a mis en quarantaine ? Je me souviens que c'était écrit cheval de Troie mais à part ça...
Bien, maintenant télécharge et installe Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
- A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
- Lance MBAM, laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger et referme le programme
Redémarre en "Mode sans échec" : redémarre ton ordinateur et tapote sur la touche F8 jusqu'à l'affichage du menu des options avancées de Windows, et sélectionne "Mode sans échec". Choisis ta session habituelle
Lance MBAM
- Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
- Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l’examen"
- A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
- Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
- Enregistre le rapport
- S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici
