Hello,
DELL E172FP monitor aged 5 years. For some time now, I have a white lock icon on a blue background that keeps flashing in the middle of my screen. The menu button on my monitor no longer works.
If anyone has had a similar problem and resolved it, I would be interested before I throw it out the window.

Hello everyone,
I had this unpleasant surprise today. I did a thorough virus cleanup thanks to the recommended site. Then I thought that maybe it was just MATERIAL after all. So I unplugged everything: the blue connectors on the screen side and the central unit, and the power socket. I turned off the CPU and reconnected everything, tightening the little blue screws and the electrical connection, and apparently, it's working now.
