Third indicator light on the keyboard.

Hello,
What is the purpose of the third indicator light above the numeric keypad? First, there's the Num Lock, then Caps Lock, what does the third one do? How do you activate and deactivate it?

    "Scroll Lock" key

    It stops the scrolling.
