For the Versatis 830 trio, I changed the capacitor in the "base". 100uF, 10V and replaced it with the same 100uF but 25V. Since then, no more problems. See you soon....

I had the same issue with no ringtone on the 630, but I had a muted sound icon that I couldn't unlock.
Eventually, you access the Menu button, scroll to Base, Default, and there the phone asks for a code.
You just need to enter 0000 and the default settings are reset.
As a result, my phone rings perfectly again, but the directory (which I keep empty) is also reset.
