Hello,

I would like to know whether a tobacco retailer has the right to refuse the sale of a stamp sold individually.

Thank you for your response.

Possible that he only sells notebooks, the post office sells them individually, doesn't it?

Ok, but if he sells them, he must display in his shop that he only sells them in a booklet, I think that's the law. Does he do the same with his cigarettes?

    Hello, a news please!
No sir, only by the cartridge!

Or how to do forced sales...

Well, if it’s his job! They gave him the concession to sell tobacco and, in exchange, he has to do a few favors like selling fiscal stamps and other things...

tax stamps and fine yes, because the tobacconist is linked with the state (since he is an auxiliary of the state), but not with the postal service! if he wants to he is not obligated to sell postal stamps !!!!
