Sigma AS227 Light Panel

Hello,
I’m not sure if this is the right place but I’ll try lol
I have a Sigma AS227 LED sign and I can’t get it to work via my PC and also the user manual is in English.
Could someone help me get it working.

    I didn’t manage to do it on the PC either.
    I can’t find the manufacturer’s site to see if there was an update or a user manual in French.
    Would you by any chance have the user manual in French? If so, could you scan it and send it to my email?

      which software do you use to control your light panel ...

      for my part I use multitext 2.9h, a version that obviously dates from the time of a computer change, impossible to reprogram the light panel, fatechnology the company does not respond ...

    I use the supplied software but we know how to do the remote control, but I have the employee mode in English

      Yes I bought it at Makro, but there was no user manual in French and on the PC it doesn't work.
      No way to find the manufacturer on the internet......
      Do you have the user manual in French?

    On the net it is elusive even through the Sigma company. If someone had the user manual in French, it would be possible to make it work with the remote control. You just have to scan it for me and send it to me, that would be nice. Thanks in advance.

    I’m about to buy second-hand, me too a Sigma AS 227. I’ve seen them work, but looking at your site I wonder if I’ll manage to format it for my promotional texts, everything seems complicated.

    We are two people, I have two SIGMA AS227 and it’s impossible to configure them with the serial cable included, and I’ve tried on 5 different PCs, even with Windows 98, nothing works even with a null-modem cable.

    Did anyone ever succeed?
