Bonjour,

mon ordinateur ralenti et n envoie plus de pieces jointes

sérieusement? pas de virus du tout??
mais alors comment se fait il que ma navigation soit si longue ( les pages s affichent parfois par petits bous ) et puis surtout pour quelle raison mon pc plante des que je dois transmettre des photos/ videos en pieces jointes ?( que ce soit par email ou par msn)

C'est bizarre tout ça en tout cas merci bien je vais essayer de restaurer mon ordi comme indique car cela est recent en effet ( disons 15jours ) 

que puis je garder et/ ou supprimer parmi les logiciels installés du coup?
Hijackthis; Mawarebyte's et Avira?

Es ce que AVIRA maintenant que je l ai installe sert d'antivirus à mon PC?

garde malwarebyte et antivir



si tes soucis persistent après restauration:




télécharge combofix (par sUBs) ici : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 

et enregistre le sur le bureau. 

déconnecte toi d'internet et ferme toutes tes applications. 

désactive tes protections (antivirus, parefeu, garde en temps réel de l'antispyware) 


double-clique sur combofix.exe et suis les instructions 

à la fin, il va produire un rapport C:\ComboFix.txt 

réactive ton parefeu, ton antivirus, la garde de ton antispyware 

copie/colle le rapport C:\ComboFix.txt dans ta prochaine réponse. 

Attention, n'utilise pas ta souris ni ton clavier (ni un autre système de pointage) pendant que le programme tourne. Cela pourrait figer l'ordi.

merci pour toutes ces infomations

J'ai bien essayé de restaurer mon ordi mais en faisant cela je n'avais plus du tout acces a tout mes logiciels ( j avoue avoir eu TRES PEUR  ) mais finalement j ai reussi a annuler l operation et à revenir comme avant
Concernant l'autre solution COMBOFIX je n'ose pas m avanturer la dedans car je ne suis pas assez calé en informatique etil est bien stipule que ce logiciel peut endommager le pc si mal utilisé alors ds le doute j'avoue preferer ne pas m en servir

J en arrive à la conclusion suivante : mon ordinateur n'a peut etre pas de virus finalement et c ets peut etre tout simpelment du à un probleme avec WINDOWS HOTMAIL
je n'arrive pas à comprendre pourquoi il me plante des que j essaye de joindre des documents ( photo ou videos) par mail ou par msn sinon le reste fonctionne bien...
