Bonjour,
J'ai AV 2009 qui s'est installé comme par magie et qui s'ouvre n'importe quand.
Je viens de télécharger hijackthis et si quelqu'un pouvait me dire les cases à "fix checked" pour enlever cette "mer..", je lui en serait très mais alors reconnaissante !!! Par avance MERCIIIIIIIII. Delphine

Il n'y a pas que AV2009
Tu est infectée par Vundo également
Sauvegarde ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.
Clic droit sur le bureau => nouveau doccument => doccument texte et copi/colle ces instructions que tu porras consulter pour faire la manip' correctement !
* Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
S'il manque le fichier COMCTL32.OCX, tu pourras le télécharger ici
C'est un bon scan passif que tu peux garder avec lequel tu pourras effectuer un nettoyage hebdomadaire, sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'exécuter l’analyse .
A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celle-ci.
* Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soient cochées.
MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :
* Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.
MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.
A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.
* Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
Coche tous les éléments détectés par Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection afin d'éradiquer les malwares détectés.

MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)

Sauvegarde ces instructions car il faudra fermer toutes les fenêtres et applications lors de l'installation et de l'analyse.
Clic droit sur le bureau => nouveau doccument => doccument texte et copi/colle ces instructions que tu porras consulter pour faire la manip' correctement !
* Télécharge Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) et enregistre le sur ton Bureau.
S'il manque le fichier COMCTL32.OCX, tu pourras le télécharger ici
C'est un bon scan passif que tu peux garder avec lequel tu pourras effectuer un nettoyage hebdomadaire, sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'exécuter l’analyse .
A la fin du téléchargement, ferme toutes les fenêtres et programmes, y compris celle-ci.
* Double-clique sur l'icône Download_mbam-setup.exe sur ton bureau pour démarrer le programme d'installation.
Pendant l'installation, suis les indications (en particulier le choix de la langue et l'autorisation d'accession à Internet). N'apporte aucune modification aux réglages par défaut et, en fin d'installation, vérifie que les options Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware et Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware soient cochées.
MBAM démarrera automatiquement et enverra un message demandant à mettre à jour le programme avant de lancer une analyse. Comme MBAM se met automatiquement à jour en fin d'installation, clique sur OK pour fermer la boîte de dialogue. La fenêtre principale de MBAM s'affiche :
* Dans l'onglet analyse, vérifie que "Exécuter un examen complet" est coché et clique sur le bouton Rechercher pour démarrer l'analyse.
MBAM analyse ton ordinateur. L'analyse peut prendre un certain temps. Il suffit de vérifier de temps en temps son avancement.
A la fin de l'analyse, un message s'affiche indiquant la fin de l'analyse. Clique sur OK pour poursuivre.
* Si des malwares ont été détectés, leur liste s'affiche.
Coche tous les éléments détectés par Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection afin d'éradiquer les malwares détectés.
(a faire impérativement sous peine de recommencer le scan)</ital></gras> , MBAM va détruire les fichiers et clés de registre et en mettre une copie dans la quarantaine.
MBAM va ouvrir le Bloc-notes et y copier le rapport d'analyse. Ferme le Bloc-notes. (Le rapport peut être retrouvé sous l'onglet Rapports/logs)
Ferme MBAM en cliquant sur Quitter.

Pour nettoyer les outils téléchargés pendant cette désinfection :
Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.
Vide ta Corbeille.
Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.bat et laisse le travailler.
Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
Tu pourras, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
- Point de Restauration.
- Corbeille. -------------------------------------------> conseillé
- Nettoyage des fichiers Temporaires.----------> conseillé
- Sauvegarde du registre.
Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
Ferme le rapport qui s'ouvre, et poste le dans ta prochaine réponse.
Il se trouve a la racine du disque C:\TCleaner.txt
Je te donnerais quelques conseils ensuite

Concernant la désinfection, je pense que les autres désinfecteurs se joindrons a moi pour dire que nous le faisons par " passion " de la " chasse " aux véroles.
C'est un truc passionnant, qui nous met tous en relation ( ici mais surtout ailleurs dans des forums spécialisés Français/Anglophones ) avec les dévellopeurs d'outils spécifiques, pour tenter de contrer ces menaces qui sortent chaque jour.

Comme promis, voici quelques conseils :
tu peut garder ToolsCleaner et nettoyer de temps en temps les fichiers Temporaires, la corbeille, les points de restauration, ou le supprimer via le Panneau de Configuration => Ajout/Suppression de programes !
Prends le temps de lire ceci !
# Maintenant que ton ordinateur est propre je te conseille de créer un point de restauration sain, comme ça en cas de probleme (bug , plantage ..ect) tu pourras toujours revenir en arriere
Désactive ta "Restauration du système" puis réactive la.
(1) Désactivation
Clique droit sur le "Poste de travail" > Propriétés > onglet "Restauration du système" > coche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" => Appliquer .
Patiente jusqu'a que cela soit marqué "désactivée" puis Ok.
(2) Activation
Suivre le même chemin . décoche la case "Désactiver la Restauration du système sur tous les lecteurs" => Appliquer
.
Attends que cela soit a nouveau sur "surveillance" puis Ok. Redémarre l'ordinateur !

Si tu as un routeur (ou une box), as-tu changé le mot de passe par défaut ? Sinon, fais le rapidement :
Un nouveau trojan s'attaque au mot de passe des routeurs en cherchant si le mot de passe ne figure pas dans une liste préétablie.
Si oui, il prend le contrôle de l'ordi (et de la totalité du réseau).
Un bon mot de passe doit avoir au moins 8 caractères et comprendre des lettres (en majuscule et en minuscule), des chiffres et des caractères spéciaux (é, #, ...).
Il doit être conservé soigneusement (pour être retrouvé en cas d'oubli) ailleurs que sur un support informatique.

Un nouveau trojan s'attaque au mot de passe des routeurs en cherchant si le mot de passe ne figure pas dans une liste préétablie.
Si oui, il prend le contrôle de l'ordi (et de la totalité du réseau).
Un bon mot de passe doit avoir au moins 8 caractères et comprendre des lettres (en majuscule et en minuscule), des chiffres et des caractères spéciaux (é, #, ...).
Il doit être conservé soigneusement (pour être retrouvé en cas d'oubli) ailleurs que sur un support informatique.

J'ai kaspersky anti virus 7.0. Je ne pense pas qu'il y ait un pare feu avec (garanti contre virus, spywares et autres programmes malicieux). J'ai pas du prendre le meilleur je suppose !

Me reloilà après le mise en application de tous tes merveilleux conseils.
Bon je t'avoue que je n'ai pas tout mis à profit, j'ai gardé IE que j'utilise plus facilement que firefox que je ne connais pas mais que j'ai quand meme chargé pour mes prochaines soirées d'hiver.
Me revoilà donc pour mon antivirus. On en a parlé l'autre jour et tu en as un plus efficace que le mien d'après ce que j'ai pu lire.
Le mien est kaspersky comme je te l'ai dit, normalement sans pare feu et il ne m'a pas empêché d'être vérolée...
Si tu es d'accord, je suis (encore) à l'écoute de tes conseils pour éventuellement désinstaller (? valide jusqu'en décembre mais peu importe) le mien et réinstaller celui de ton choix.

J'ai paramétré comme indiqué sauf qu'en voulant faire un scan, je ne tombe pas sur le meme écran que l'explication.

Après 1h18 d'analyse et 117 fichiers infectés, tout s'est bien déroulé, AV 2009 est (j'espère définitivement) parti ! youpi !!

Quant à Vundo, je ne sais pas ce que c'est mais ça à l'air d'être aussi parti aux oubliettes.
Une question me turlupine... Tu dis : ..."sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'éxécuter l'analyse" pour relancer le processus. Peux tu m'expliquer.
Encore un grand merci pour tes compétences, ta rapidité et tout et tout.
Pendant que je te tiens, je dois renouveller ma licence pour mon antivirus qui apparement n'a jamais détécté ses soucis. Peux tu m'en conseiller un autre (le mien est kaspersky).

Quant à Vundo, je ne sais pas ce que c'est mais ça à l'air d'être aussi parti aux oubliettes.
Une question me turlupine... Tu dis : ..."sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'éxécuter l'analyse" pour relancer le processus. Peux tu m'expliquer.

Pendant que je te tiens, je dois renouveller ma licence pour mon antivirus qui apparement n'a jamais détécté ses soucis. Peux tu m'en conseiller un autre (le mien est kaspersky).

Quant à Vundo, je ne sais pas ce que c'est mais ça à l'air d'être aussi parti aux oubliettes.
Une question me turlupine... Tu dis : ..."sans oublier de faire une mise à jour manuelle avant d'éxécuter l'analyse" pour relancer le processus. Peux tu m'expliquer.
