j'avais le même problème, et j'ai trouvé ceci, (voire ci dessous) plus de problème pour le moment.
If you are having a warming up problem with your HP PSC 950 (waiting to COPY) and are totally frustrated that none of the other easy fixes (resets, #3 and #6) has worked, try this:
1. Turn off the power, unplug
2. Remove the control panel on the right side by prying off the control box cover with a small flat screw driver, then do the same with the control box underneath.
3. Take off the copy cover, followed by the two small screws at the back/top of the glass cover/scanner unit. These screws are tricky to remove and in the end you might break the plastic in desperation in prying up the cover! Don't worry, your unit is useless anyway and a couple of missing screws is worth the sacrifice of fixing the copy function. Disconnect the connector multicable, noting how it came out.
4. Pry up the grey cover on the copy/scan unit to expose the bulb housing. Don't touch the bulb, but open the cover of the black plastic housing to the right side of the bulb. This can be a bit tricky too, but will come with a bit of encouragement.
5. With a soft, clean cloth give the mirror a wipe to remove any dirt/dust.
6. LEAVE THE BLACK COVER OFF
7. Reassemble the unit, making sure that the multicable is properly seated.
8. Plug in, turn on and the copy function should work.
Good luck. Takes 10 minutes and a good chance of getting all your prinetr functins working again.

dois-je démonter le couvercle de l'imprimante ?
le cordon blanc à l'intérieur n'avance plus sur toute la longueur de l'écran
donc l'écran ne s'allume plus
donc je ne peux numériser ni copier quoique que ce soit
par contre j'ai résolu le pblm d'impression via l'ordi
je peux imprimer mes docs à partir de mes fichiers

est ce que cela peut avoir une incidence : la référence de l'imprimante est hp psc 950
donc je réitère : elle reste toujours en préchauffage donc ne peut faire de copies ni fax;
je ne peux imprimer de docs non plus - zut zut !!

j' ai la meme imprimante que toi hp psc 950 ET J AI AUSSI LE MEME probleme. je cherche des solutions !!!!

J'ai moi aussi une HP psc 950 et le même souci que vous. ce que je fais je laisse en préchauffage un moment, moins d'une minute, puis je l'éteint la rallume ouvre la porte pour acceder au cartouche d'encre ( sa ce mais en position de recharge ) refermais attendre un moment que sa se stabilise 45s . Et la, par miracle, tous fonctionne. ne marche pas forcement du premier coup.
