AZERTY keyboard becomes QUERTY with Outlook???

Temporary -

Hello,

I was busy composing a letter in Outlook and I accidentally pressed one or more keys while typing, but which one or ones???

As a result, my keyboard only works in QWERTY in Outlook BUT works perfectly normally in AZERTY in WORD and in all my other programs.

WHO can help me find the solution to this problem that seriously complicates my life (I work a lot with Outlook)?

Thanks a lot in advance to everyone.

    Good evening,

    Press Alt and Shift simultaneously

      Hello,

Thank you for responding so quickly.

I tried ALT + SHIFT and it doesn't change anything about my problem - groups of two or three letters and numbers appear in the toolbar and the cursor is stuck, I have to click on the line to reactivate it. I tried clicking on those groups of letters and numbers but nothing happens... I don’t even know what they are for.

Anyway, it's not working... Blaise Pascal didn't have a computer...

Euh curious I did it at home (under VISTA) and it was indeed switching qwerty/azerty.

And a simple way to go back:
Do a system restore to a time just before your issue.

If you have problems with the restoration:

      Hello,

My sincerest apologies for this late reply; I was away and only discovered your response this morning.

The second solution you suggested was the right one; the system restore allowed me to regain normal keyboard functionality in Outlook.

A huge THANK YOU for your help, as this problem, although minor, complicated my work a lot.

      Have a great day!

    Thank you for the feedback,

    Glad the issue is resolved.

Last step: mark the subject as "resolved".
