Ordi extremement infecté! Need help!

Bonjour à tous,
Voila mon frère m'a demandé de vérifier son ordi car il pensait qu'il était infecté.
Grande était ma surprise lorsque j'ai vu qu'il surfait sur internet avec AUCUNE PROTECTION!!
J'ai donc imédiatement téléchargé Zone Alarm, Spybot, Avira Antivir, Maleware bytes,
J'ai scanné le tout et j'ai découvert approximativement plus d'une centaine de virus.
Seulement il est encore gravement infecté par des cheval de trois (alerte d'avira fréquente), plus message lors de l'ouverture sur le fond d'écran de Windows XP antivirus (un rogue)
Y aurait il une bonne âme pour m'aider ?
Je ne suis pas un pro donc j'attend les démarches à suivre, et j'attends le feu vert pour poster un fix ;)

Commence par poster un rapport HijackThis stp,

- Lance le programme, puis sélectionne < do a system scan and save a logfile >
- Enregistre le rapport sur ton bureau.
Et envoie, par copier/coller, ton log Hijackthis sur le forum,

--) Enregistre HJTInstall.exe sur ton bureau
--) Double-clique sur HJTInstall.exe pour lancer le programme
--) Par défaut, il s'installera içi C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
--) Accepte la license en cliquant sur le bouton "I Accept"
--) Choisis l'option "Do a system scan and save a log file"
--) Clique sur "Save log" pour enregistrer le rapport qui s'ouvrira avec le bloc-note
--) Clique sur "Edition -> Sélectionner tout", puis sur "Edition -> Copier" pour copier tout le contenu du rapport
--) Colle le rapport que tu viens de copier sur ce forum
--) Ne fixe encore AUCUNE ligne,
si ta les rapport tu peut les poster (antivir et malwarbyte)

/!\ Déconnecte-toi du net et ferme toutes les applications, antivirus et antispyware y compris /!\
---> Double-clique sur Combofix.exe
Un "pop-up" va apparaître qui dit que "ComboFix est utilisé à vos risques et avec aucune garantie...".
Accepte en cliquant sur "Oui"
---> Mets-le en langue française F
Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
/!\ Ne touche à rien tant que le scan n'est pas terminé. /!\
En fin de scan, il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le PC pour finaliser la désinfection, laisse-le faire.
Une fois le scan achevé, un rapport va s'afficher : Poste son contenu
/!\ Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton antivirus et de ton antispyware avant de te reconnecter à Internet. /!\
Note : Le rapport se trouve également là : C:\ComboFix.txt

lors du démarage j'ai remaquer une meilleur stabilité de l'ordi (plus de rogue, ordi plus rapide...) mais des que je me suis connecté a internet, Avira a remaquer deux Rootkits

Fais un scan avec cet antispyware :
Telecharge malwarebytes + tutoriel :
-> https://www.malekal.com/tutoriel-malwarebyte-anti-malware/
Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examun complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.
Copie et colle le rapport stp.

Voila le rapport d'avant la suppression des virus, je ne sais pas pq mais la copie que j'avais faites après la suppression n'a pas été enregistrée (fausse manip peut etre) quoi qu'il en soit malware m'a demanér de redemarrer, ce que j'ai fais puis je n'ai pas eu de nouvelles au redemarage.
Enfin ca m'a l'aire résolus, Y a t' il une derniere manip pour vérifier?

- Télécharges : - CCleaner
https://www.pcastuces.com/logitheque/ccleaner.htm
Ce logiciel va permettre de supprimer tous les fichiers temporaires et de corrigé ton registre .Lors de l'installation, avant de cliquer sur le bouton "installer", décoche toutes les "options supplémentaires" sauf les 2 première.
Une fois le prg instalé et lancé, Clique sur "Options", "Avancé" et décoche la case "Effacer uniquement les fichiers, du dossier Temp de Windows, plus vieux que 48 heures"( Par la suite, laisse-le avec ses réglages par défaut. C'est tout ).

voila j'ai lancé un dernier scan avec avira, il m'a trouver 5 virus (rapport ci joint) si tu savais y jeter un oeil pour t'arrurer qu'ils sont pas méchants et bien partis.
Sinon oui je passerais un cc cleaner, ainsi qu'un spybot et un dernier malwarebyte :)
