FREE accessories order

Hello,

I am a Free subscriber. The power cord of my Freebox HD is faulty.

I ordered the accessory on their website 10 days ago.

5 euros for the box + 5 euros for delivery!!!

A week later, at the cost of the delivery, I contacted FREE by phone; €0.34 per minute to hear that it has been shipped, but of course there is no trace of anything.

I am therefore just looking for help or a point of entry to resolve my issue.

FREE's associated services are absolutely terrible; there are no words to describe their methods.

Hi,

No, Free didn't notify me, I had to log in every day to see if I had a new tracking number.

However, when the Kiala network delivered the package, I received an email to inform me that my package had arrived.

I went to pick it up today, I was notified yesterday.
