RealTek RTL8168/8111 Network Card Issue

Hello, here is my problem: I bought a Medion computer and the RealTek RTL8168/8111 Family PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet (NDIS 6.0) is not working, it cannot start!
Every time I try to install a new driver, it tells me: Windows has determined that your device is up to date!
But it's not working

If you could help me please!

    Same, I can only connect with a Wi-Fi key and it annoys me.

      I also have an Asus K50C with the same card and I don't know how to connect to the Wi-Fi network.

    You can set your card to operate in "degraded mode" by going to the Device Manager (right-click on Computer > Manage), selecting your card, going to the Advanced tab, and choosing the "10Mb Full Duplex" option (or full duplex).

    Your network card will work, but the speeds will be limited, which is particularly inconvenient for file sharing on a local network...

    In the meantime, I haven't found any other solution.

    I am formatting my computer, but the problem is no internet connection. The message says there is a driver or hardware problem.

    While browsing this forum I just understood why I have to use a 10m network cable to make my MSI laptop (Vista) equipped with this card work (in ethernet); I tried several 1m cables and none worked, it was to connect the laptop to a D-Link 635, the green light didn’t even turn on, the same for the 200M CPL Hercules adapters, and the same for an old Olitec 202SX modem. The only connection where my MSI laptop (in ethernet) works with a 1m cable is with a Netgear DG834.
    By writing this remark on your post, I believe it will save many of us time who have issues with the RealTek RTL8168/8111 Network Card.
