Hello,
I have a big problem!
Unfortunately, I reset my TI-83 Plus calculator (All Memory) and it automatically changed the language to English! And when I try to switch it back to French by pressing the "apps" button, there is only the option:
1:Finance
There are no options:
2:CSheetFr
3:CabriJr
4:Francais
5:Periode
So I can't change it back to French! Is there anyone who could help me?
It's urgent :( I'm in 10th grade and I need the options in French!
Thanks in advance

hello
go to the Texas Instruments website, choose the country France
then click on Downloads
in the TI range type TI-83 plus family
then search
in the list choose TI-83 plus OS language localization
connect your calculator to your computer
then download the file that installs directly onto your calculator
open the TI connect application then TI Device explorer
the app will display in this window
and it will appear on your calculator
good luck
send a message if it worked

I succeeded like this:
- Download TI Connect
- Connect your calculator and turn it on
- Download French Localization here: http://education.ti.com/fr/france/software/details/fr/E2E24A53BEE543038B6A06EB3FFE60ED/83ti83plusoslanguagelocalization
- Open TI Connect on your computer and click on TIDeviceExplorer
- Now a transfer from your computer to your calculator will start automatically
- On your calculator, press apps then 2. Your calculator will be set back to French.

Me sitting, I have the same problem, but maybe by connecting the calculator to another one that has the different applications you are missing, it would be possible to recover them. Unfortunately for me, I don't know anyone who has this calculator.
PS: do not try with the stat.fr, it doesn't work.
