KP-41S5B Projector

Hello,
I own a Sony projector model KP-41S5B and for some time now I find the colors very ugly; I tried adjusting the colors but it doesn't change anything.
I don't know much about this, but I wonder if it could be the lamps; if so, where can I find them? I can't find anything on the Sony website.
Can someone provide me with information? Thank you in advance.

you have a system that recalibrates everything to factory mode, there's a button, press it, it's on the right side, a small box in front of the TV, a small box that opens.

    Hello,
I opened the back cover of my SONY KP41S5B projector, then I cleaned the dust
off the 3 bulbs using a can of compressed air bought from a LECLERC cultural center and
finished the job with the help of a soft, dry cloth.
The result is spectacular, I've regained the original vibrant colors, I'm no longer selling
my projector, I'm very happy to be able to appreciate all its qualities again.

I have the same problem Jean Marie, have you found the reason for the dull colors?

I had the same problem some time ago and I found the solution; you just need to remove the back panel to access the three bulbs. Wipe them with a damp cloth to dust them off. Dust can cause a rather dull image.
