Probleme installation : total Numark Control

Bonjour,
Je viens de faire l'acquisition de la Numark Total COntrol. Mais voilà, mon pc (acer aspire 1640Z acheté il y a 2ans), ne reconnait pas le controller. J'ai installé CUE et Traktor mais aucun des 2 fonctionne. Est-il possible que mon pb soit lié à l'absence d'une carte son externe? Lors du lancement le message d'erreur est: "The controller has not been detected, please plug in the controller and start Cue again".

J'ai déjà essayé: retirer la prise USB et rebrancher puis relancer le programme (cue ou tracktor) mais rien n'y fait.
le pb c'est lors de la 1ere installation l'ordi me demande d'introduire le cd de windows (pack service 2) que je n'ai pas sous la main. le pb est-il lié?? merci

j'ai pas compris ce que tu a voulu essayer de me dire ^^
j'ai le logiciel cue fourniet avec le total control et j'ai par ailleur virtual dj pro..

ta le total controle bein bon kan tu louvre ouvre avec le controle car le message dit ke ton controlle né pas installé
Insère l'USB de la table sur un port USB arrière de ta tour, car ceux de l'avant sont probablement sous-alimentés.

I just spoke with Numark customer support about my Total Control and why I was not able to have Cue LE 5 recognize my device. Numark ships Cue LE 5 with a couple other controllers besides the Total Control. As it turns out, the activation number on the back of the Cue LE CD is actually specific to each device, effectively telling the Cue LE software what device to expect given the entered activation number.
So when Numark includes the wrong activation code for your device and software along with your controller, it wont work. You need to contact their seriously over worked customer support (11min wait <then they hangup>+26min wait <then they hangup>+13min hold times to get to talk to someone) and request a correct activation code for the device you purchased (and im still waiting for that email).
I really wish Numark would put up some official help on their website to deal with this issue. The error message is so misleading;
"The controller has not been detected. Please plug in the controller and start Cue again." (wtf?)
I've read so many suggestions on how to fix it, from getting a new cable, to changing IRQ settings, to installing some new firmware, to updating the Cue LE software... come to find out its because Numark included incorrectly labled software with their hardware.
