J'ai téléchargé SDFix et redemarrer sans echec, j'ai suivis les conseils de divers post que je suis allée lire mais rien n'y fais, j'ai toujours cette fenêtre intempestive :(

Oups... bon déjà côté processus y avait pas encore trops de soucis ya rien de trés grave mais ya déjà du monde. Je suis désolé pour le délai j'étais passé à autre chose et j'ai oublié de donner suite, bref .

Déjà passez bien tout ça à l'antivirus puis à l'anti spyware, un bon coup de sophos anti rootkit et si le problème persiste indiquez moi les logiciels utilisés plus un rapport (ce coups ci je ne vous oublierai pas ^^

Par contre mon soucis a été resolu ( plus aucunes fenetres et d'apres plusieurs scans antivirus et autres, je ne suis plus infectée) , bien que j'ai mis plus de d'une semaine à resoudre le soucis!

Bonjour, comme promi me revoilou, donc veuillez me préciser ce que vous avez fait dans la journée précédente à l'apparition du problème en téléchargements, installation, désinstallation...

Ce qui est certain c'est que un logiciel autorisé ou non demande à accéder à une ressource à laquelle il n'est pas ou plus autorisé ou que la ressource n'existe plus.

Au démarrage faites ctl alt suppr une fois quand le bureau à fini de s'afficher et que tous les logiciels qui se lancent au démarrage ont bien fi ni de se lancer. Recopiez depuis le second onglet la liste des processus lancés, en les détaillant par élimination on peu retrouver le logiciel qui pose problème puis le désinstaller et le ré-installer proprement.

je sait bien que c'est pénible à recopier manuellement... sinon suffit de faire une capture d'écran (équivalent d'une photo) faites une pression sur la touche "impécr Sust (parfois c'est un autre noms de touche) puis ouvrez paint, allez dans edition, coller et vous aurez une belle image de votre écran tel qu'il étais lors de la manip, avec ça en une ou plusieurs fois on peu vous dire si vous avez des squatters qui générent des procesus !
