Bonjour,je vien de remonter mon ordinateur et norton dit ceci je trouve pas sa normal car ses les cd del a compagnie que j ai prit saut que je veut savoir si ses posible qu 'une personne est instalé un logiciel sur son ordi et que sa passe via le d link en le mettand en reseau  et que sa vien jusqu au autre ordinateur  merci de votre aide

Turn off and remove unneeded services. By default, many operating systems install auxiliary services that are not critical, such as an FTP server, telnet, and a Web server. If a blended threat exploits one or more network services, disable, or block access to, those services until a patch is applied.

Salut !!

tu n as pas appliqué d actions avec malwarebytes...

vas vider la quarantaine de malwarebytes et ensuite fais ceci stp :

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection): 

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration 
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs" 
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

ensuite :


Option 1 - Recherche :


télécharge smitfraudfix et enregistre le sur le bureau à cette adresse (c est le numéro 2 en bas de la page) :

Ensuite double clique sur smitfraudfix puis exécuter

Sélectionner 1 pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection.

(attention : N utilises pas l option 2 si je ne te l ai pas demandé !!)

copier/coller le rapport dans la réponse.


Un tutoriel sonore et animé est à ta disposition sur le site.



(Attention : "process.exe", un composant de l'outil, est détecté par certains antivirus comme étant un "RiskTool". 
Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, 
cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité.)
