Kaspersky unable to connect to server

Hi, try adjusting the connection settings of ALL the web browsers you have on your PC, especially IE.
I encountered the same problem a little while ago, I couldn't find any solutions... And miraculously, I changed the connection settings of Internet Explorer (very old, since I haven't used it for ages, and the settings have changed at school since...)

And the update is proceeding normally :)

Hello, I have a similar problem. I get an error message saying "connection to server impossible," and when I disable Kaspersky, I no longer have this issue.
I tried to disable the firewall and program control, but nothing worked.
Before, I had Avast and I didn't have this problem.
The virus update is working correctly.

I asked for help from customer service, but they always respond by asking for the activation code, and it's impossible to reach them by phone. As for the forum, half of it is in English and doesn't provide any solutions; only the basic errors are mentioned.

Temporarily unavailable site, or poorly installed Kaspersky antivirus, download kavremover, restart after use, remove other remnants of old antivirus with their specialized tools, reinstall Kaspersky.

surely a hardware problem. If you reformat, I advise you to save your key on an external device, just so you can reinstall your Kaspersky.

I have the same problem and I can't find a solution, I formatted my PC but the issue persists.
