Bonjour,
j'ai toujours la meme fenetre pop up qui apparait sans cesse (Amoureux.com), j'en ai marre j'ai pourtant fais ce qu'il fallait hier, j'ai fais: CCleaner, Spybot, Malwarebyte, Multi virus Cleaner,
J'ai comme anti virus Bitdefender et son pare feu intégré.
A votre avis, que dois je faire de plus?

Es ce que tu utilises Mozillla ? ou bien internet explorer?
Ensuite installer Ad-aware et faire aussi un analyse.
Dis moi si tu as eu beaucoup de fichiers infectés

tente une restauration du systeme a la date ou tout fonctionner parfaitement !

là, c'est juste un anti pop-up qu'il te faut. Il est intégré à IE7, active-le sinon tu peux rajouter la barre Google qui en a un aussi. Les 2 combinés bloquent tous les pop-up.

merci de vos réponses, alors j'utilise IE7, et j'ai la barre google, avec l'anti pop up, et ce qui m'embête c'est que d'ordinaire je n'en ai jamais et là je n'ai que celle ci, là a l'instant ou j'écris il y en a pleins qui viennent de s'ouvrir.

-supprime tout ce qui se trouver dans :
C:\WINDOWS\Temp
ça lui fera du bien.
-dans IE7 fais supprimer toute mes traces
-fais comme ptitloutch te le dis une restauration de systeme a une date bien antérieu ( ne t'inquiète pas tu perdras rien )

Option internet et suprime cookies fichiers ETC...
ou encore dans demarage rechercher " tu tape le nom de ton viirus et tu suprimes "

Bon alors, tu vas installer et lancer HiJackThis. Tu lui fais faire un scan de ton PC (do a scan and save log file)
A la fin de son scan, tu nous colles son rapport. A partir de là, on pourra peut-être voir ce qui ne va pas.
Bon, par hasard, as-tu CID Helper ou une barre Lop d'installer (à voir dans Ajout-Suppression de programmes). Si c'est le cas, désinstalle tout ça.

je n'ai jamais pris ton anti virus moi j'utilise Avast, et franchement 0 soucis.
toutes les semaine je fais analyse Avast + analyse Ad-aware + analyse CCleaner + analyse SpyBot + IE7 supprimer mes traces + nettoyage de disque
et j'ai un pc qui tourne parfaitement ....

Hum... HiJackThis n'est pas un anti-virus. C'est un logiciel qui repère les fichiers anormaux susceptible d'être infecté.

Prend le temps de bien lire les post et de regardé l'arborescence,
je ne t'ai pas repondu a toi chère Zpoupette,

je suis désolée de revenir sur ce sujet, mais les choses ont évoluées et pas dans le bon sens, premièrement, j'ai toujours cette fenêtre qui s'ouvre sans cesse, enfin, mauvaise surprise hier soir, plus accès à mon msn et le pire, plus accès à mon ebay, quelqu'un a changé mes codes secret ainsi que mes questions secrètes, donc à mon avis, plus de doutes, je suis bien piratée, venez moi en aide s'il vous plait, je ne peux meme plus accédé à mon compte paypal, j'ai peur vraiment pour mes comptes en banque!!!

Y'aurait pleins d'autres solutions mais vaut mieux que je te file le site où tout est expliqué (à lire très attentivement) et fais-toi aider par quelqu'un de ton entourage qui s'y connaît un peu mieux avant de faire des manipulations :

ad aware sert, il supprime tout les logiciel et fichier espion qu'on chope sur le net ....
