Touch TV/DTV and channel not found message

Question

Good evening, I bought a Samsung LCD screen. When I press the TV/DTV button on my remote control to access the TNT channels, the message "channel not found" appears. What should I do? I have already checked all my connections. Thank you

We had the same problem and have just solved it.
You need to be in DTV mode by selecting the TV/DTV button on the remote control to perform the automatic update of the TNT channels and display them. In TV mode, only the channels broadcasted in analog are selected.

Have you initiated an automatic search for the TNT channels you are supposed to receive? The detailed procedure is in the Samsung manual. The TV/DTV button allows you to select either the TNT channels or the non-TNT channels. When you select the TNT channels, the "GUIDE" button displays the current and upcoming TNT programs from the different channels your screen receives.
