Hello,
I have a big problem with Illustrator... some keys on my keyboard are reversed (for example w and z, a and q). I have no idea how to fix this... and I use shortcuts that are causing me problems!!
Does anyone have any idea??
Thank you in advance

I don't think it's a virus; your keyboard has "turned" English, meaning QWERTY instead of AZERTY. That's why your "a--->q" and "z--->w"... check the language bar near your system clock; if it says "fr," it's your software, and if it says "en," change it to fr.

Hello,
that's what I would have said if it was during the installation of Illustrator, but that doesn't seem to be the case.

There's no point in rushing; we need to arrive on time (let's eliminate a virus problem first).
Also keep everything up to date: Windows updates, Java, Internet Explorer, and your PC's security...

A big THANK YOU to everyone for your generous help.

Hi everyone and thank you for your responses..
It was really silly actually, the keyboard had switched to English and I hadn’t noticed.. It was my girlfriend who fixed it for me... so embarrassing for someone who gives her computer lessons!! :)
So the problem is solved, thanks to everyone!! -
PS: still wondering how he became English,
does anyone know a keyboard shortcut to do that? -
Hello,
if you think your keyboard started acting up by itself without any mishap on your part, then you definitely have a virus

Hello,
I think you have a virus to be sure
download and install this too: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 34055379 malwarebytes anti-malware and do a full scan (close applications during the scan) in safe mode (restart the PC and keep pressing F8) and tell me what viruses you have?
it takes 1 to 2 hours to scan put them in the quarantine and delete them
download and install this too: http://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/telecharger 168 ccleaner close applications during the scan, in the "cleaner and registry" icon check everything in all tabs do the scan and at the end start the cleaning in the registry find errors and then repair the errors at the question to write in the registry say no repair and in the end close
keep me updated
