NotePad++ Page Background Color

Hello,
I am currently programming in NotePad++ and I spend my whole days every week there (work life requires it) and I'm starting to get eye strain with the background pages always in white and black text on top. Do you know how to invert the colors? A black background with white text would be much easier on the eyes.
