The Witch in The Sims 2 Apartment Solved/Closed

Question

Hello everyone,
I would like to ask you a little question:
How can you get a witch when you're not in the prefab area for apartments (for example: in montsympa)?

I tried the matchmaker but she gives me a regular sim and other than that I don't see what I can do :s

Try the code "BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true" (respecting the spaces and capitalization) then hold shift and click on the mailbox. There you will have several options, click on more twice until you see 'Make NPC' on which you click and choose good or bad witch according to your expectations. Then I went back home and took a witch-hunting potion to become normal again. I called the kind witch; she came, and I asked her to follow the path of light, and I became a "friendly witch."
It's more complicated than coding, but sometimes it doesn't work, or it slows down the game.

C'est simple : pour rencontrer une sorcière dans Montsimpa, il faut avoir installé Les Sims en appartement puis dans Montsimpa.
Tu vas te promener un peu partout, au resto, au magasin ou autre, et quand tu verras une fille avec une aura autour
d'elle, c'est que tu auras trouvé la sorcière. Voilà, voilà.

To see a witch, you just have to go to a community lot or, if you have The Sims: The Good Stuff and own a shop, a witch will come on her broomstick. The witch can be white (good) or green (evil).
To become a witch or wizard, you need to become friends with her. This takes longer than with an ordinary person. Then you have to ask her to follow the light or follow the darkness, depending on the witch or wizard. After casting a spell on you, she will give you a cauldron and a spellbook that will appear in your inventory.

To meet a witch, well you go to a community land,
and sometimes you see a kind or an evil witch (you would be able to tell them apart).
You befriend her and after a while it says:
I want to follow the path of light and for the evil one it says something else but I don't know what.
Then she gives you a cauldron and a spell book placed in your inventory, and depending on the witch you chose as your friend, boy or girl, well you become a kind or an evil witch, meaning you will shine like her.
You have to be patient to find them, you have to wait 1, 2, or maybe even 3 days to meet them.
And my witch is now no longer just nice but incredibly kind even though she just became a witch, in fact as soon as she was created she became a witch and she's a teenager but her sister, who is also a teenager, is only nice.

Myriam09, the NPc button isn't actually a button, let me explain again. You put your code bar up top by doing: ctrl and at the same time clicking on the "c" key, then you type the code ..............thingy thing true (it's too long) then you hit enter and after that, you click on the mailbox and it will say a bunch of stuff, and then you click on "more", and you'll have a lot more stuff written. Click on "more" again and it will say "npc", click that and you'll see a witch appear, and then it's the same, you hit the code, the mailbox then you find help friends (I think :p)  I think I might have made some small mistakes but overall, I think I helped you guys kisses and I hope I helped you!!! Hey everyone! Honestly, I recommend you try the "classic" method; if you stick around a bit in a co terrain, you'll quickly find a witch. The easiest way is to be a guy to charm the right witch, but it works with the green one too :) There you go! See you!

I followed your advice, I did the code and everything, I clicked on the mailbox, I clicked on Make NPC (or something like that; I can't quite remember the name), but then when I'm in make NPC it says Private.
I have The Sims 2: Apartment Life, University, and Nightlife installed; can it still work?
And if so, why does it say Private (plus when I click on it, it goes into the Sims' thoughts but they don't complete the action; they just forget it right after...)?
If not, what expansion pack do I need to be a wizard?

Hello everyone,
I have a very simple solution: you just need to go downtown, and in the menu of the shops, bowling, etc., there is a community space where there are 4 small shops (one for clothes, one for games...) and if you spend the day there, you might meet a nice witch and/or an evil one; after that, it's up to you to become friends with her.
TIP: To keep your needs at maximum all day long, press ctrl + shift (that's the key with a little arrow, the one below the key for uppercase + c at the same time, then type maxMotives and finally press enter.
