Hello,
I'm explaining my problem. This issue only occurs when I play an online game, namely World of Warcraft. When I log in with any character from any server, the characters start running in place, and I can no longer interact with NPCs, etc. The only solution is to use alt+F4. This happens every time about thirty seconds after I start playing.
Once back on Windows, my connection is "limited or nonexistent". To regain internet access, I have to reboot my Freebox.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance.
Best regards

Is Free blocking the connection and closing WoW ports?
It's possible...

I don't think that limiting the ports can take down a local network. However, I will still try to open them. I already checked the Windows security, that's not what's blocking it.
On another forum, I was told that it could be due to an information overload from the game. They also said that it might be resolved by forcing the bandwidth to 10 Mbps. Can this work, and if so, how do we do it, please...
Well, I've never had that problem in WoW, but if you see yourself running in place, it's because you're lagging!
Lag = low bandwidth
To play WoW you need ADSL!
Have you been playing for a long time? Did the problem come up recently?

Thanks, but it's not lag, I have ADSL. The problem started when I returned from my summer vacation; it was fine before. And as I mentioned, it's a total internet disconnection that requires a reboot of my box every time I connect to WoW!
Is your box up to date? Update the game (which, I have no doubt, is probably already done)
and then unplug your box for 10 minutes while you go have lunch, and then plug it back in when you're done, reboot your PC, and test it. See you later, enjoy your meal
