Microsoft Office 2007 Activation Solved

Question

Hello,
When I want to download letter templates in Word or tables in Excel, the site asks me to activate my product. However, this activation has already been done when I first set up the product, and when I request activation in Excel, the software tells me that the product is already activated. When I contact Microsoft, they inform me that my product is a pirated copy, even though all the tests they suggest prove otherwise, and that my boxed version (3 licenses) was legally purchased from a reputable retailer.
How can I resolve this issue?
Note that this same software installed on my laptop allows me to download without any issues.

Hello,

You can always remove the activation by deleting the OPA12.dat file (not the bak). Then activate it again.

But the best solution when you have activation problems is to call Microsoft (0 825 827 829); they have an Activation service for that...
In this case, make sure you have your product ID. To find it:
Office button, Options (of the program)
On the left: Resources
On the right: click on the "About" button

Don't forget that you also have 3 months of free support from the time of activation.

Thank you for your interest in my case.
I don't see how to activate Office from Windows.
I've tried in two ways:
From Office, the response is already activated.
From the Microsoft activation site, the response is pirated software, unable to activate this product.

Excuse me, I answered incorrectly
Whatever the product from which I want to activate, the answer is always the same (Word or Excel or PowerPoint).
Note that I uninstalled the previous 2002 version while keeping Outlook, and the same problem persists with this software, which claims to be activated.

I have solved the issue. To potentially help a user of Office who might encounter this incident, I'll explain.
In addition to Office 2007, Office XP is installed on my computer. Since I don’t use the Office XP software, I uninstalled it except for Outlook, which is not included with the 2007 version.
I then had the idea to delete not the op12.dat file but the Data.dat file corresponding to Office XP, and after rebooting my computer and reactivating Outlook, my 2007 software is recognized and allows me to download templates.
Don’t ask me why the .dat file corresponding to Office XP prevents the recognition of Office 2007 activation, as Microsoft itself was unable to identify the issue, even though I clearly explained on the phone the presence of both versions.

That said, I personally have Office 2003 and 2007 on several PCs, and it hasn't caused me any issues with activation.

As for me, I solved the problem as follows:

PROBLEM
After a Microsoft Update, Windows requests an Office reactivation even though the Office programs are already activated.

SOLUTION

Check if Office Genuine Advantage is present in the list of ActiveX controls.
In the menu, Tools, Internet Options of IE
Programs tab, "Manage Add-ons" button

Select "Office Genuine Advantage" from the list and then click the "Update ActiveX" button at the bottom of the window.

That worked for me immediately.
