ordi infecté!!! Résolu

Question

Bonjour,
je suis nouvelle, et voilà j'ai un problème, je crois que mon pc est infecté, depuis un moment, il ralenti considérablement, entre temps j'avais avast mais après on m'a installé kaspersky, version d'évaluation, il a détecté plusieurs fichiers infecté que j'ai neutralisé,certains fichier de démarage et autres qui appartenait a window qui était infecté,que j'ai supprimé, est ce grave?  j'ai lu qu'on pouvait posté un rapport de hijackthis pour que des gens qui s'y connaissent l'examinent, j'ai téléchharger hijackthis, sauf qu'il n'était pas en fichier compressé comme dans la démo...quelqu'un pourait-il m'aider?svp, je comprend plus rien....

Sur ton bureau, impératif.

**Recherche**

Double clique sur le fichier ToolBar SD.exe, avec élévation des privilèges sous Vista.

Coche la case "Je suis d'accord...ci-dessus", accepter la création du répertoire par Oui, puis Suivant et Quitter
Une icône sera crée sur le bureau ToolBar SD

Sous Vista, faire un clic droit et Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur (Elévation des privilèges.), puis Continuer.
Dans la fenêtre DOS bleue, Tape F, Entrer.
Ensuite tape 1 et Entrer.
Le système va redémarrer et le scan prendra quelques minutes.
Une fois terminé un rapport TB.txt va s'ouvrir.
Tu cliques dessus et tu fais :
CTRL+A pour tout sélectionner
CTRL+C pour tout mettre dans le presse-papier
Tu ouvres une réponse sur le forum et tu fais :
CTRL+V pour coller le rapport dans cette réponse.
Tu fermes le rapport sur ton bureau et tu attends les résultats de l'analyse.
Ce rapport sera enregistré à la racine du système : C:\TB.txt

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):

- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.

Salut la miss, 

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

bonsoir, voila pour combofix, j'ai fais comme tu m'a dit, j'ai désactivé provisoirement l'aitivirus (kaspersky version d'évaluation), losque le scan s'est fini, ça a comme planté l'ordi sur ma session, j'ai du aller sur une autre et redemarrer, bref voila, now j'ai plus de log, ou plutôt celui que j'ai fait est introuvable, et dès que je veux réactiver l'antivirus je clique sur activer, et rien ne se passe, donc la suis sans protection, je sais pas quoi faire, voila pour hijackthis dis moi si il y a un problème grave et ce qu'il faut faire stp

salut la miss, 

kaspersky me semble etre actif, mais vu que tu as la version d évalution desinstalles le et installes celui ci a la place :

Telecharge et instales l'antivirus Antivir Personal Edition Classic :

mes explications :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
ceux qui ne voie pas root kit search : clcik sur le parapluie dans ta barre des tache > dans la fenetre d´antivir click sur local protection click en suite sur scanner
dans la fenetre de droite : tu a rootkit search vers le bas > tu developpe en appuyant sur le petit +
et coche tes disques...
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes : 
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

Je te dis tous ca car j´aimerais que tu performes un scan entier de ta machine a l´aide d´antivir avec les reglages stipulés ci dessus et que tu post le rapport généré ici stp

ps : execute le scan en mode sans echec stp

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

bon, j'ai un peu regardé dans le tutoriel  et j'ai trouvé un lien pour télécharger, apparament, c'est le bon antivirus,en fait il y avait deux liens à chaque fois mais j'ai choisi le premier, j'ai fais tt ce que tu m'a dit après téléchargement: les réglages, et j'ai effectué un scan en mode sans échec, mais je sais pas cmt posté le rapport, et surtt où ce rapport se trouve...suis un peu pommée donc je me retrouve pas, sinon à la fin du scan ça a touvé 6 fichiers suspects, que j'ai mis en quanrataine, mais pour le rapport, c'est pas encore gagné...dsl d'être si ignorante. a part ça, j'ai un programme qui peut pas m'afficher un msg sur le bureau parce non compatible avec vista et ça me met détection de boîte, quand je clique le bureau disparaît et ça met le msg:

Salut miss,

connais tu ce programme :

C:\Program Files\agi

supprime ce programme :

C:\Program Files\Kiwee Toolbar2

Qu´a donné ccleaner ?

repasse le apres desinstallation de kiwee

comme ceci :

Dans la colonne de gauche, click sur :

   ->"registre" :

      Coches toutes les cases sous"l´integrité du registre", puis click en bas sur "chercher des erreurs" une fois terminé, clic sur "reparer les erreurs", tu auras un message pour sauvegarder ta base de registre, tu click "oui" puis tu recommence jusqu'à ce qu'il ne trouve plus rien.
      
      ps : les sauvegardes que tu auras faites, pourront etre supprimées ulterieurement si tout va bien.

   ->"nettoyeur"
   
      quitte ton navigateur avant de le lancer, dans les propriétés du nettoyeur de l´onglet "windows" et "applications"décoche la derniere case (Avancé si elle est cochée) puis click sur "lancer le nettoyage" qunand il aura terminé le scan click en bas a droite sur "lancer le nettoyage" et accepte par oui.

rebonsoir, j'essaye de télécharger regcleaner mais quand je l'installe, ça ne me demande pas si j'accepte la licence, ça n'affiche mm pas la licence, ça disparait et c'est tt, je ne comprends pas , ceci m'empêche évidement d'utiliser le logiciel, je ne sais plus quoi faire, j'ai l'impression que mes problèmes ne finiront jamais...voila le rapport

slt, ok merci, au fait, le pc est devenu lent comme je le disais, j'ai lu que c'était souvent dù à certains programmes qui démaraient au démarage et qui ralentissaient le pc, et que lorsqu'on a plus de 40processus au démarage, ce n'était pas bon, et ben moi, au démarage ya au moins 60 voire 70 processus qui s''affichent dans le gestionnaire de tâche, aussi il y a beaucoup de programmes dont je n'ai pas du tt besoin qui démarent, je voudrait savoir comment les empêcher de s'exécuter et surtt quels programmes empêcher?j'ai lu qu'il fallait juste laisser son antivirus et son pare-feu, mais je ne suis sûr de rien, peux-tu m'éclairer un peu stp?merci beaucoup de m'aider

tu as fais un truc special depuis hier ?

car tu es a nouveau infecté :S

Télécharge combofix.exe (par sUBs) sur ton Bureau.

-> http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe     

-> Double clique combofix.exe.
-> Tape sur la touche 1 (Yes) pour démarrer le scan.
-> Lorsque le scan sera complété, un rapport apparaîtra. Copie/colle ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse. 

NOTE : Le rapport se trouve également ici : C:\Combofix.txt

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix :

-> Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours.

-> Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, qui peuvent géner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil.

Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe.

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc.

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes.

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redemarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire.

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt, est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt)

-> Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares, avant de te reconnecter à internet.

-> Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

normalement combofix redemarre le pc tout seul, il faut etre patient, parfois la barre des taches peu diparaitre et reaparaitre plusieurs fois...

* Télécharge OTMoveIt2 (de Old_Timer) sur ton bureau : http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/oldtimer/OTMoveIt2.exe
* Double-clique sur OTMoveIt.exe pour lancer le programme,
* Copie la liste de fichiers ou de dossiers ci-dessous et colle-la dans la fenêtre du programme "Paste Custom List of Files/Folders to Move" :

C:\Windows\System32\aafaace_z.ocx

* Clique sur MoveIt! pour lancer la suppression,
* Le résultat appraraîtra dans le cadre Results.
* Clique sur Exit pour fermer le programme.
* Poste le rapport qui est situé ici : C:\\_OTMoveIt\MovedFiles
* Il te sera peut-être demandé de redémarrer ton PC. Dans ce cas, clique sur Yes.

Vas sur le site https://virusscan.jotti.org/
- Clic en haut à droite sur "Parcourir", navigue dans les dossiers et sélectionne ce fichier :

- Clic sur submit toujours en haut à droite
- Le scan va se lancer, ça va prendre un petit instant

j'ai fait, j'ai réussi à trouvé le fichier à analyser mais le premier rste introuvable dsl, je crois que le site est saturé donc, je vais devoir attendre mn tour...je patiente mais le premier je sais pas cmt faire pr le trouver suis allée sur le site que tu m 'a écrit et j'ai activer pour voir ls fichiers cachers mais c'est seulement celui à analyser qui est apparu...

d´accord,

ce que l´on va faire maintenant :

installes ce par feu :

puis on va faire un scan avec ton antivirus que tu va régler comme indiqué ci dessous :

mes explications :

une fois antivir ouvert click surconfiguration et coche la case "expert mode" puis sur l´onglet scanner dans la fenetre du dessous tu va voir : rootkit search click sur le petit + pour deployer et coche la case a coté de ton disk dur
ceux qui ne voie pas root kit search : clcik sur le parapluie dans ta barre des tache > dans la fenetre d´antivir click sur local protection click en suite sur scanner
dans la fenetre de droite : tu a rootkit search vers le bas > tu developpe en appuyant sur le petit +
et coche tes disques...
puis click sur configuration en haut a droite; dans la nouvelle fenetre a gauche >scanner > coche "scan all files" et en dessous >scanner priority = High
coche : allow stopping the scanner, comme cela tu peux faire une pause pendant le scan si tu le desir.
puis sur la droite coche les case suivantes : 
scan boot sectors of selected drives
scan master boot sectors
scan memory
search foe rootkit before scan
decoche :
ignore off line files
toujours a gauche > scan > deploie > heuristique > macrovirus heuristic = coché et en dessous > win32 heuristic la case coché et high detection level

ps : fais le scan en mode sans echec:

Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec? 

   Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
   Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
   Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
   Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.

ps 2 : pour demarrer le scan click sur le parapluie d´antivir dans la barre des taches et dans la fenêtre du programme click sur "scan system now"

je pourrais t´en conseiller un autre mais je pense qu´il est un peu dure a configurer, il faut s´y connaitre (je ne dis pas que tu t´y connais pas, mais...)

j'ai coché les lignes mais dès que je les ai supprimées, quand j'ai allumé msn messenger, spybot me dit un truc sur messenger avec valeur ajoutée, je crois que ça me propose de le remettre au démarage, avnt ça, quand je supprimait les lignes, spybot me demandait si j'autorisait la suppression de messenger du démarage, j'ai cliqué autoriser mais après dès que démare messenger, ça veut le rajouté au démarage, j'ai cliqué ne pas autoriser,je comprends plus rien, et il y a les pages par défaut que tu m'a dit de coché dans HT qui reviennent aussi après, bref, j'espère que ça reviendra plus.petite question, est ce que j'ai enlevé quick time du démarage? parce qu'il ne me sert à rien à ce moment là.Pour norton, il était préinstallé et j'ai pas le Cd de sauvegarde et le fabriquant est dans un autre pays donc, c'est mort.

quand tu allumes msn tu lui dit que tu veux pas qu´il se lance au démarrage, quick time non on ne l´as pas enlevé du démarrage et pour norton exécute l´outil de désinstallation...

ok, et cmt faire alors pour l'enlevé du démarrage parce que je veut pas de programme inutile au démarage, juste l'essentiel, pour un démarage plus rapide, s'il il y a d'autres programmes inutiles au démarage( parce que je sais pas vraiment ce qui est inutile et ce qui est vital pour un bon démarage) est-ce qu'on pourrait les enlevé stp si c'est pas trop dur? pour norton, suis en train de télécharger le désinstalleur déja, la première fois ça avait raté, now j'attends...

on a retiré msn de ton démarrage, là il y a plus rien d´autre que l´on peut enlever...
espérons que le désinstaller fonctionne cette fois (norton) ;)

tt a l'air de marcher correctement, le pc ne met plus autant de temps à démarer, une dernière chose stp, j'ai lu qu'il fallait souvent défragmenter son disque dur, j'ai jamais défragmenté le mien, est- ce important? si oui comment pourrais-je le faire et à quelle fréquence, parce que je ne sais absolument rien à ce sujet?et pourrais-tu également stp me faire une liste de ttes les procédures à faire souvent pour la bonne santé de mon pc et pour sa bonne marche, pour m'éviter un peu les problèmes à l'avenir? merci encore pour ton aide si précieuse ;-).

Je crois savoir que vista défragmente les disk automatiquement  > un petit peu chaque jour si tu préfères...

sinon pour que ton pc garde la forme :D

utilise ccleaner régulièrement (journalierement) (pour nettoyer les fichiers temporaires ( genre en fin de journée si tu as beaucoup surfé))

quand tu desinstalles un programme passe aussi ccleaner pour corriger les erreures...

passe jv16 genre tout les 15 jours...

évite de trop bouger les fichiers/dossiers ect...

ne télécharge pas le premier logiciel qui te tape a l´oeil par son scintillement sur le net, informe toi avant...

passe malwarebytes une fois par mois pour vérifier que tu n´as pas d´infections...

j´en oublie surement. mais voila en gros :)

pour supprimer les outils que nous avons utilisé ici :

Télécharge ToolsCleaner sur ton bureau.

ok, merci, au fait pourquoi est-ce nécéssaire de supprimer les outils que nous avons utilisés? suis un peu curieuse je sais :)...jv16 c'était la version d'évaluation, où pourrais-je télécharger une version gratuite stp? Pour malwarebytes, j'ai déja spybot-SD et ad-aware, ont-ils ts le mm rôle?le fait que spybot-SD soit en résident permanent ne créera-il pas de conflit avec malwarebytes? bizzarment, quand j'execute le logiciel que tu m'a dit de télécharger, je fais recherche et là il répond plus, le l'ai retélécharger idem, au début ça va, mais dès que je clique recherche, il répond plus, que faire? (et oui beaucoup de questions lol)

malwarebytes est celui que j´utilise sur les forum, tu peux très bien scanner aussi avec; tout comme avec spybot et adaware, il trouve un peu les même infections, mais je préfére malwarebytes...
non il n´y aura pas de conflit entre spybot et malwarebytes...
je t´ai demandé de supprimer les outils car il y a des fichiers infectieux toute fois renommés dans leurs quarantaines, de la a savoir pk tool cleaner ne fonctionne pas, > langue au chat...
essaie toute fois comme ceci :
avant de le lancer click droit sur l´exe et choisie exécuter en tant qu´administateur, si il ne veut rien savoir tu va être bonne pour supprimer les outils manuellement...
note qu´ils y a des dossiers dans C:\ pour combofix notmanent > appelé quoobox et combofix et les fichiers text, navilog se desinstalle par ajout et suppression de programme...

Apparament il a pas reussi a supprimer tout les outils, tu en a vraiment partout ?! LOL

supprime manuellement :

tu supprime juste ce qu´il y a dans le menu demarrer sous programmes, l´icone quoi

et

C:\Users\alina\Documents\Desktop\ComboFix.exe

la c´est sur ton bureau l´icone de combofix
