Virus ou pas...?

Bonjour,

pourriez vous m'aider,j'ai un gros soucis avec mon ordi depuis quatre jours,une fois démarré au bout de cinq minute le curseur se met a tourner et tout est bloqué.j'essaye de passer mon anti virus au complet mais il n'a pas le temps de se finir blocage même en mode sans échec.Que faire s'il vous plait?
le blocage commence a peu prés ou windows update me propose de faire des mise a jour mais impossible d'ouvrir la page même via le mode sans échec.
