How to clear RAM?

Good evening,
I'm writing to you because I'm experiencing some issues with my PC...
The first one is that when I try to change the Windows theme, I end up with the classic Windows theme, and I can no longer change the theme: the computer says: reading problem.
How can I fix this issue?
Furthermore, when I click on start then run, I no longer get the black screen as before but it opens a WordPad page instead.
I don't know much about computers, but if you could write to me by email or something... that would be really, really great!

LOL, Ctrl + F5 has nothing to do with the RAM managed by Windows; it's a shortcut to clear a web browser's cache (refresh a web page).

Hi, if your PC is overheating too much, it means you need to do some maintenance, which means cleaning where your fans are located. There are cans of "gas" specifically designed to clean PCs that won't suck up all the microparticles from your electronic components. I mean seriously, a vacuum cleaner? It's no surprise that there are people dying from hard drugs; they might not realize that this could kill them just as easily as a vacuum can kill a PC!

I agree that a vacuum cleaner is not the tool to use, I did it! But while vacuuming 5 cm away from the dusty surfaces, so without touching any component, no component was detached, so with caution, nothing was sucked up, BUT,,, dust was displaced, and when I turned my PC back on, the motherboard fried due to a dust particle!!!!

Uh no, an air canister blows air under pressure to chase away dust. If we don't hold it upside down to release liquid air, we have little chance of breaking something; it's not a compressor with 2 or 3 bars of pressure!
