Infecté par antivirus 2009

Bonjour,
je suis apparemment infecté avec l'antivirus 2009, que je n'ai pas telecharger, je ne sais pas comment il est arriver là, mais donc j'ai essayer spybot, et rien a faire, il m'ouvre tjrs une fenetre internet en plus, et me dis que je suis infecté, par contre, mon antivirus me trouve des infections...
