probleme spyware secure Résolu/Fermé

Question

bonjour à tous
je suis nouveau sur ce forum et j'espere poster au bon endroit ;)

voila mon probleme, depuis un petit moment maintenant, mon pc n'arrete pas d'ouvrir des pages de publicité genre casino etc et... mais principalement des pages de publicité "spyware secure"

biensur antivirus et anti spyware de changent rien au probleme

j'espere que quelqu'un pourra m'aider a supprimer ces publicité

Télécharge navilog d'il mafioso.

Tu l’installes.
Double-clique sur le raccourci qui a été crée sur le bureau.
Choisis l'option 1. 

Une fois l’analyse terminée, un rapport va s’ouvrir dans le bloc-notes.
Tu copies et colles le texte de ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

il ne me reste que 1,14Giga sur C car en partitionnant le disque j'ai crée une trop petite partition pour C. Est ce que cela suffira t il pour le logiciel que tu me demandes d'installer? merci de répondre si rapidement.

Vu la taille qu'il te reste sur le disque dur, Aucun problème pour tous les logiciels qu'on va utilisés ( et on les supprime à la fin ).

1) Tu relances Navilog et tu choisis l'option 2.
Ton PC va redémarrer. C'est normal. Pour cela, tu fermes toutes les fenêtres ouvertes.
Après redémarrage, choisis ton compte.

Un rapport va s'afficher. 
Tu copies/ colles ce rapport dans ton prochain message.

Désinstalle Navilog : panneau de configuration --> Ajout/Suppression de programmes

2) Poste également un rapport Hijackthis.

Ok, 
On va faire deux vérifications de la présence d'infections sur ton PC.

Tu télécharges MalwareBytes. 
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe 

Tu l'installes. Choisis les options par défaut. 
A la fin de l’installation, il te sera demandé de mettre à jour MalwareBytes et de l’exécuter . 
Accepte.

Dans l’onglet Recherche, sélectionne Exécuter un examen complet. 
Clique sur recherche. Tu ne sélectionnes que les disques durs de l’ordinateur. 
Clique sur lancer l’examen. 

A la fin de la recherche, Comme il est demandé, clique sur afficher les résultats de la recherche. 
Choisis alors Supprimer la selection pour nettoyer les infections. 
Tu postes le rapport dans ton prochain message.
Si tu ne le retrouves pas, ouvre MalwareBytes et regarde dans l’onglet Rapport/logs. Il y est.
Clique dessus et choisir ouvrir.

je n'arrive pas a lancé l'analyse. il y a écrit que la compatilité vista est en cours de dévellopement et que cela n e fonctionne qu'avec internet explorer, j'utilise mozilla.
Pour info moins de fenetres intempestives s'ouvrent mais j'en ai encore eu deux récemment (sites de ventes de meubles).

Pour les fenêtres de pubs qui s'ouvrent, tu dois configurer correctemment Mozilla.

Pour la configuration de Mozilla c'est bon, j'ai supprimé les 2 exceptions qu'il y avait.
Pour trend Micro scan meme probleme avant l'installation il est écrit : "You can only run this program using Internet Explorer 6 or 7 with ActiveX controls enabled."

Je ne pense pas qu'on trouvera grand chose comme virus, mais c'est pour vérification.

Je crois en fait qu'il n'y arien a installé. la vérification se fait en ligne. Je crois que la vérif est en cours en fait j'avais pas fait attention dans le volet progression sur la gauche laction 2 "verification de l'ordinateur local et des c omposants connecté ne doit pas etre terminé. j'attend encore quelque minutes si il y a du changement.
