Bonjour,
Voila j'ai un problème avec mon ordi car mon anti-virus ainsi que d'autre logiciel ne fonctionne plus.
J'ai ésseyé de les réinstaller mais sa ne fonctionne pas certain me donne un messa comme quoi il ne peut pas atteindre le service mais je ne trouve.
Si quelqu'un pourrait m'aider

désinstalle l antivirus que tu as actuellement et télécharge antivir à cette adresse :

ensuite fais un rapport hijackthis stp pour voir si ton pc n est pas infecté -
c est parce que tu n as pas redémarré ton pc apres la désinstallation de ton antivirus...
cliques sur démarrer => rechercher => tous les fichiers et tous les dossiers => tape le nom de l antivirus, fais une recherche et supprime tout ce qu il trouve.
ensuite vide ta corbeille, redémarre ton pc et réessais d installer antivir stp -
ok...télécharge hijackthis comme je t avais demandé au message 3 :

ta version de hijackthis n est pas à jour...désinstalle le et retélécharge le d ici en l installant et en le renommant correctement :

ok...tu as peut etre une infection bagle...fais ceci stp :
Rends toi sur ce site :
http://www.zonavirus.com/datos/descargas/95/elibagla.asp
tout en bas de cette page tu trouveras un outil
à télécharger,clique sur "escargar Elibagla" (le numéro de version change au fur et à mesure des mises à jour)
installe ce fichier sur le Bureau.
ensuite double-clic sur Elibagla.exe
>laisse la case "eliminar ficheros automaticamente" coché
>clique sur"explorar"
>laisse-le travailler
Redémarre en mode sans échec,
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter.
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
(Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).
relance 2 fois elibagla
redémarre en mode normal
>poste le rapport final qui sera dans c:\infosat.txt -
je vais commencer la désinfection par rapport au rapport hijackthis qui n était pas à jour...fais ceci stp :
télécharger sur le bureau Navilog1 à cette adresse (c est le numéro 1 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/
Si votre antivirus s'affole , le désactiver
=sous vista : Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur le bureau et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur
=sous XP : double-clic dessus pour l'installer et le lancer
Quand installé
= taper F
= Appuyer sur une touche jusqu' arriver aux options
= Choisir Recherche ( = taper 1 )
ne pas utiliser les autres sans avis , il peut y avoir des processus légitimes

Relance Toolbar-S&D en double-cliquant sur le raccourci. Tape sur "2" puis valide en appuyant sur "Entrée".
! Ne ferme pas la fenêtre lors de la suppression !
Un rapport sera généré, poste son contenu ici.
NOTE : Si ton Bureau ne réapparait pas, appuie simultanément sur Ctrl+Alt+Suppr pour ouvrir le Gestionnaire des tâches.
Rends-toi sur l'onglet "Processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur Fichier et choisis "Exécuter..."
Tape explorer puis valide.

oui et au démarrage du pc tu tapotes la touche f8 jusqu à l apparition du menu des options avancées

au démarrege de ton pc, apres la premiere image avec la marque de ton pc, tapote la touche F8 et tu obtiendras le menu des options avancées...tu sélectionnes mode sans échec à l aide des fleches de ton clavier (c est le premier)

Salut !!
1) redémarre en mode sans echec avec prise en charge reseau:
Comment redémarrer en mode sans echec?
Tu redemarre le pc et tapote la touche F8 des le début de l allumage sans t´arrêter.
Une fenêtre sur fond noir va s’ouvrir, tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec avec prise en charge réseau puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau si il n y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c´est normal!
Ps : si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5.
2) Telecharge malwarebytes
-> http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe
clique sur enregistrer, renome le en killbagle et telecharge le sur le bureau
Tu l´instale; le programme va se mettre automatiquement a jour.
Une fois a jour, le programme va se lancer; click sur l´onglet parametre, et coche la case : "Arreter internet explorer pendant la suppression".
Click maintenant sur l´onglet recherche et coche la case : "executer un examen complet".
Puis click sur "rechercher".
Laisse le scanner le pc...
Si des elements on ete trouvés > click sur supprimer la selection.
si il t´es demandé de redemarrer > click sur "yes".
A la fin un rapport va s´ouvrir; sauvegarde le de maniere a le retrouver en vu de le poster sur le forum.

vas faire les mises à niveau de java, adobe reader et internet explorer à ces adresses :

et ensuite désinstalle les versions antérieures de java et adobe reader.

tu vas les enlever en faisant ceci :
Pour supprimer toutes les traces des logiciels qui ont servi à traiter les infections spécifiques :
Télécharge toolscleaner sur ton Bureau :
(c est le numéro 15 en bas de la page) : https://www.androidworld.fr/
* Double-clique sur ToolsCleaner2.exe et laisse le travailler
* Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
* Clique sur Suppression pour finaliser.
* Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
* Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
* Le rapport (TCleaner.txt) se trouve à la racine de votre disque dur (C:\)...colle le dans ta réponse
Désactive et réactive la Restauration du système :
1 Dans la barre des tâches de Windows, clique sur Démarrer.
2 Clique avec le bouton droit de la souris sur Poste de travail puis clique sur Propriétés.
3 Dans l'onglet Restauration du système, coche "Désactiver la Restauration du système"
4 Clique sur Appliquer.
5 Ensuite décoche "Désactiver la restauration du systeme"
6 clique sur appliquer puis ok
7 vas créer un point de restauration dans accessoires----outils systeme----restauration du systeme.-
